51. Continue along Mill Street (toward the town centre) and we come to High Street. In the distance we can see the junction with Edleston Road.
52. Move on up the street and Oops! - better make way for this procession. Crewe Cottage Hospital Fete 1906. They are coming over Edleston Road bridge and turning left into High Street. The building in the background over the bridge was the railway General Offices, which was destroyed by fire in the late 1970's / early 1980's.
