Mrs Anita Evanson (member #549) says :
Mr Clarke was my Great Grandfather and he looked after the Co Op Horses' saddlery needs, apparently there were flats above the shop then as I think there still are now. There's some interesting things for sale, whips and martingales I recognise but I'm not sure about some of the other articles. I think it is in the late 1920's or maybe early 1930's
